Wij respecteren uw privacy. In dit privacybeleid leggen we uit welke persoonsgegevens we verwerken, waarom, hoe lang en welke rechten u heeft, in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG/GDPR) en de Belgische privacywetgeving.

2. Welke gegevens verwerken wij?

Wanneer u ons contacteert (telefoon, sms, e-mail): uw naam, telefoonnummer, e-mailadres en de inhoud van uw vraag.
Wanneer u online een afspraak maakt via de agenda van Koalendar: uw naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, het adres van de interventie, de gekozen datum en eventuele opmerkingen.
Wanneer wij werken voor u uitvoeren: naam, adres, contactgegevens, gegevens over uw installatie (bv. type ketel, meetresultaten, onderhoudsattest), offertes en facturen.
Wanneer u de website bezoekt: technische gegevens zoals IP-adres, browsertype en tijdstip, die nodig zijn om de website te kunnen tonen. Wij gebruiken geen analyse- of advertentiecookies.

3. Waarvoor gebruiken wij uw gegevens en op welke rechtsgrond?

Wij verkopen uw gegevens niet, gebruiken ze niet voor reclame van derden en nemen geen beslissingen op basis van uitsluitend geautomatiseerde verwerking.

4. Met wie delen wij uw gegevens?

Wij delen uw gegevens enkel wanneer dat nodig is, met:

Cloudflare, Inc. – hosting en beveiliging van deze website (CDN, bescherming tegen aanvallen);
Wix.com Ltd. – levering van de foto's op deze website (beeldserver, zonder cookies);
Koalendar – online afsprakenplanning;
Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) – Google Maps en Google Fonts, enkel na uw toestemming;
onze boekhouder en, wanneer de wet dat vereist, bevoegde overheden.

Sommige van deze dienstverleners kunnen gegevens buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte verwerken (bv. in de Verenigde Staten of Israël). Dat gebeurt enkel met passende waarborgen, zoals een adequaatheidsbesluit van de Europese Commissie (bv. het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework) of de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.

5. Hoe lang bewaren wij uw gegevens?

Vragen die niet tot een opdracht leiden: maximaal 1 jaar.
Afspraken in de online agenda: tot 1 jaar na de afspraak.
Klant- en installatiegegevens: zolang nodig voor de opvolging van uw installatie en de garantie.
Facturen en boekhoudkundige stukken: gedurende de wettelijke bewaartermijn (momenteel 10 jaar).

6. Uw rechten

U heeft het recht op inzage, verbetering, wissing, beperking van de verwerking, overdraagbaarheid van uw gegevens en het recht om bezwaar te maken. Heeft u toestemming gegeven, dan kunt u die op elk moment intrekken. U kunt uw rechten uitoefenen door ons te contacteren via de gegevens hierboven; wij antwoorden binnen één maand. Wij kunnen u vragen uw identiteit te bevestigen.

Bent u niet tevreden over hoe wij met uw gegevens omgaan, dan kunt u een klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GBA), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel – www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

7. Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, misbruik of ongeoorloofde toegang. De website wordt uitsluitend via een beveiligde verbinding (HTTPS) aangeboden.

8. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen dit privacybeleid aanpassen. De meest recente versie staat altijd op deze pagina, met de datum van de laatste wijziging.

2. What data do we process?

When you contact us (phone, text message, e-mail): your name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your question.
When you book an appointment online via the Koalendar calendar: your name, e-mail address, phone number, the address of the job, the chosen date and any remarks.
When we carry out work for you: name, address, contact details, data about your installation (e.g. boiler type, measurement results, maintenance certificate), quotes and invoices.
When you visit the website: technical data such as IP address, browser type and time, needed to display the website. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Why do we use your data and on what legal basis?

We do not sell your data, do not use it for third-party advertising and do not take decisions based solely on automated processing.

4. Who do we share your data with?

We only share your data where necessary, with:

Cloudflare, Inc. – hosting and security of this website (CDN, protection against attacks);
Wix.com Ltd. – delivery of the photos on this website (image server, no cookies);
Koalendar – online appointment scheduling;
Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) – Google Maps and Google Fonts, only after your consent;
our accountant and, where required by law, the competent authorities.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States or Israel). This only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment: up to 1 year.
Appointments in the online calendar: up to 1 year after the appointment.
Customer and installation data: as long as needed to follow up your installation and the warranty.
Invoices and accounting records: for the statutory retention period (currently 10 years).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can exercise your rights by contacting us using the details above; we will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels – www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The website is only served over a secure connection (HTTPS).

8. Changes

We may update this privacy policy. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of the last change.

Gdy wykonujemy dla Ciebie prace: imię i nazwisko, adres, dane kontaktowe, dane o instalacji (np. typ kotła, wyniki pomiarów, zaświadczenie serwisowe), oferty i faktury.
Gdy odwiedzasz stronę: dane techniczne, takie jak adres IP, typ przeglądarki i godzina wizyty, niezbędne do wyświetlenia strony. Nie używamy plików cookies analitycznych ani reklamowych.

Nie sprzedajemy Twoich danych, nie wykorzystujemy ich do reklam podmiotów trzecich i nie podejmujemy decyzji opartych wyłącznie na zautomatyzowanym przetwarzaniu.

4. Komu przekazujemy dane?

Dane przekazujemy tylko wtedy, gdy jest to konieczne:

Niektórzy z tych dostawców mogą przetwarzać dane poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym (np. w USA lub Izraelu). Odbywa się to wyłącznie z odpowiednimi zabezpieczeniami, takimi jak decyzja Komisji Europejskiej stwierdzająca odpowiedni stopień ochrony (np. EU-US Data Privacy Framework) lub standardowe klauzule umowne Komisji Europejskiej.

5. Jak długo przechowujemy dane?

Zapytania, które nie prowadzą do zlecenia: maksymalnie 1 rok.
Rezerwacje w kalendarzu online: do 1 roku po wizycie.
Dane klienta i instalacji: tak długo, jak to potrzebne do obsługi instalacji i gwarancji.
Faktury i dokumenty księgowe: przez ustawowy okres przechowywania (obecnie 10 lat).

6. Twoje prawa

Masz prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych oraz prawo sprzeciwu. Jeśli wyraziłeś zgodę, możesz ją w każdej chwili wycofać. Aby skorzystać ze swoich praw, skontaktuj się z nami (dane powyżej); odpowiemy w ciągu miesiąca. Możemy poprosić o potwierdzenie tożsamości.
